Series of random poems from a verbal fixed structure corresponding to the genre of the political discourse. Soundtracks made by Belén Gache using the IP Poetry System, developed by Gustavo Romano in 2004. Robots connected to Internet transform the texts found in sounds. The different instructions of search wil conform the structure and sense of each manifesto.

Serie de poemas aleatorios a partir de una estructura verbal fija correspondiente al género del discurso político. Piezas sonoras realizadas por Belén Gache utilizando el sistema IP Poetry, desarrollado por Gustavo Romano en 2004.
Robots conectados a Internet convierten los textos encontrados en sonidos. Las diferentes instrucciones de búsqueda conformarán la estructura y el sentido de cada manifiesto.

Mar de versos –Sea of Verses- is a poetic digital work that explores the automatic generation of verses with the creation of the right atmosphere to its reading that includes images and sea sounds. It is programmed in HTML5, javascript and CSS3 using many of the options of this language. It is necessary to turn on the speakers to listen to the sound of the sea. Mar de versos use a technique of patterns –templates-to generate the verses with a wide basis of data from phrases and other words or sub-phrases that can fit with the patterns, therefore poems of different quality are created randomly.

Mar de versos de Félix Remírez es un trabajo poético digital que explora la generación automática de versos en conjunción con la creación de una atmósfera adecuada a su lectura que incluye imágenes y sonidos marinos. Está programado en HTML5, javascript y CSS3 utilizando muchas de las opciones de este lenguaje. Deben activarse los altavoces para escuchar el ruido del mar . Mar de versos utiliza para generar los versos la técnica de los patrones (templates) con una amplia base de datos de posibles frases y otra de palabras o sub-frases que pueden encajar con en los moldes, de modo que se crean poemas de diferente calidad dependiendo del azar.

Oscar Martín Centeno said "the aim of my videoprojections is to impregnate the audience with all the senses". El rumor de los álamos -The Murmur of Poplars- suceeds in reinforcing the poetic meaning with the expressive reading of the author, the relaxing piano music and the image of hands getting together in a liquid atmosphere, like if they were inside of a river in an imaginary forest in a memory or dream (Maya Zalbidea 2014).

Oscar Martín Centeno dijo que el objetivo de sus videoproyecciones es el de impregnar de todos los sentidos a la audiencia. El rumor de los párpados lo consigue al reforzar el significado poético con la lectura expresiva del autor, la música relajante del piano y la imagen de las manos uniéndose en un ambiente líquido, como si estuvieran en un río dentro de un bosque imaginario en un recuerdo o un sueño (Maya Zalbidea 2014).

Martín’s multimedia poems take part of his poetry readings. They are not video poems, they are not thought to be visualized in an autonomous way, but to take part of a show of live music, scenic presence and interaction with main elements. However, the author intends to get the users closer to the symbiosis of artistic languages that this poetic genre provides. Cuando enciendas los párpados -When you light your eyelids- is a multimedia poem which includes music, computer animated poetry, images and the voice of the poet reading the poem. The verses, music and video have been made by the author himself. In the poem words move in spirals and there are lights that appear in the corners, there are shadows of people who look like the audience who is watching the multimedia. The poem is about love, hope and the sea, there are fish dancing in the water when the poet mentions the sea. Los vídeos multimedia de Oscar Martín Centeno forman parte de la sección visual de los recitales multimedia. No son videopoemas, es decir, no están pensados para ser visionados de forma autónoma, sino para formar parte de un espectáculo donde la música en directo, la presencia escéncia y la interacción son elementos fundamentales. Aún así, el autor pretende que puedan acercar a los usuarios a la simbiosis de lenguajes artísticos que este género poético propicia. Cuando enciendas los párpardos es un poema multimedia que incluye música, poesía animada por ordenador, imágenes y la voz del poeta recitando el poema. Los versos, la música y el vídeo han sido creados por el propio autor. En el poema las palabras se mueven en forma de espiral y aparecen luces en las esquinas, hay sobras de personas que parecen la audiencia que está viendo la instalación como en una acción performativa. El poema trata del amor, la esperanza y el mar, aparecen peces danzando en el agua cuando el poeta menciona el mar. Este poema pertenece al libro de poemas Je suis le diable-Las Cántigas punlicado por la editorial Ya lo dijo Casimiro Parker (Maya Zalbidea Paniagua 2014).

Mata la reina –Killl the Queen- is one of the theatre projects playable by YOCTOBIT in which there is alive theatre and the collaborative game. It was developed between May 2011 and January 2012 in Intermediae-Matadero of Madrid. The players become human pieces in a huge board of hexagons. They must reconstruct a puzzle and solve it to overthrow a despotic queen.

Mata la reina es uno de los proyectos de teatro jugable de YOCTOBIT en el que se conjugan el teatro en vivo y el juego colaborativo. Se desarrolló entre mayo de 2011 y enero 2012 en Intermediae-Matadero de Madrid. Los jugadores se convierten en fichas humanas de un enorme tablero de hexágonos. Deben reconstruir un puzle y resolverlo para derrocar a una reina despótica.

Project IP Poetry questions the statute of poetry and poets. On the one hand, as far as the construction of robots is concerned, it highlights the subjectivization of technological systems, those we provide of determinate human augmented characteristics artificially –memory, ability to speak and listen to each other-. On the other hand, with regards to the poetic constructions as a result, we take advantage of the virtual configuration of a collective human memory through the Internet Web and a poetics based on machinery and random. Using a proximity sensor the system detects the presence of the audience and sends a command to the robots to make them start to recite poems created for each event.

Tras la red is a collection of 16 stories by writers, editors and critics who wrote them after a meeting celebrated in Asturias to debate the future of literature and the influence of the new technologies in it and in our lives. This collection of stories respond to the need of reflecting about this topic and give an answer to the questions that kept without any answer of the debate about literature in the digital age.

Tras la red es una colección de 16 relatos obra de escritores, editores y críticos quienes después de un encuentro celebrado en Asturias para debatir el futuro de la literatura y la influencia de las nuevas tecnologías en ella y en nuestras vidas. Esta colección de relatos responde a su necesidad de reflexionar sobre este tema y dar respuesta a las preguntas que quedaron sin respuesta en su debate sobre la literatura en la era digital.

Abstract (in English)

The terms ‘interculturality’ and ‘transculturality’ are every time more present in literary studies. However, the relationship between the phenomena of cultural contact and aesthetic dimension demand understand deeply of which both consist. This study explores the need of a convergence between culture sciences (Kulturwissenschaften) and literary theories to tackle in the right way the relationship between cultural interactions and aesthetic-literary strategies. In the first place, from a critical and systematic revision of the main theories and conceptualizations to nowadays, a new method is elaborated to produce readings from an intercultural perspective. In other words, a focus that deals with cultural contacts in production and textual reproductions. In the second place, the analysis of three contemporary novels representative of different models of interculturality and transculturality illustrate this approach to the texts and offers contributions that move beyond the literary.
