Short biography
Javier Celaya (Bilbao, 1963) is the socio-founder of the website Dosdoce.com, member of the Observatorio de la Lectura de la Junta de Andalucía, and co-Director of the Máster de Comunicación Corporativa e Institucional 2.0 and the Máster de Comunicación Corporativa e Institucional 2.0 of Universidad de Alcalá.
