Vicente Luis Mora is a literary critic and Spanish author of Alba Cromm, a book that takes place in a sinister dystopian future. It tells the events that lead to the capture of the infamous pederast, highly wanted by the National Police, NEMO, through a dossier. Utilizing the print form, Alba Cromm adopts the review structure through a variety of stylistic resources, such as diary entries, publicity announcements, and interviews. The obvious theme elapsed through most of the work is the fight with the embodied passions in the human institution, such as the protection fo the most vulnerable, like children.

Relata la historia de los acontecimientos ocurridos que conducen a la captura del pederasta más buscado por la Policia Nacional, NEMO, por medio de un dossier. Utilizando la forma impresa, Alba Cromm adopta la estructura de una revista a través de una variedad de recursos estilísticos, tal como entradas diario, anuncios de publicidad, y entrevistas. Un tema evidente transcurrido a lo largo de la obra es el lidiar con las pasiones encarnadas en la institución humana, tal como el proteger a los más vulnerables, como los niños.

aimisola.net/hymiwo.po: a poemtrack for a yet-to-be-written dance piece departs from material produced by AIMISOLA, in respect to the project “voices of immigrant women,” and further research developed by Álvaro Seiça & Sindre Sørensen on immigration, Spanish immigration policies, cultural, social and political issues in Spain. The first-person poem addresses immigrant women in long-term unemployment living in Spain, and the social, professional, linguistic, and educational obstacles that they face. The poem intends to be a possible account and denouncement of immigration, migration, and dislocation aspects, in a broader global scope, though more specifically, in the European context: rootlessness, social and personal hopes, women’s rights, social, gender and sexual inequality and aggression.The poem starts with an onscreen display of keywords used to write the poem, some of which are hash-tagged. As the poem unfolds onscreen, displaying a fixed line at a set temporal interval, these recurrent keywords scrape real-time tweets. The resulting display is a poetic mash-up of collective text, composed of background and foreground. The combined text can act as textual and visual texture, or active multimodal reading. However, it functions as a timely snapshot of a certain collective consciousness or, perhaps better, it provides an update debate on topics related to the poem that are happening as collective discourse in social media.The coding mechanics create tensions by juxtaposing a fixed (non-)poetic text with an ever-changing social(-poetic) text, which might be further complicated by the way certain tweets contradict or amplify the lines, or even when the audience participates by inputting tweets as the poem is live performed. Furthermore, interactivity is keyboard-driven. Arrow keys control line display and the avatar (“silence”) progression, as well as a visual representation of duration. The reading progression through the language game questions modes and functions of reading, and roles and boundaries between viewer, reader, user, and player. The “intermezzo” game acts as a scene, or “poemscreen,” using the BSoD as glitch source. An error display screen, the side-scroll game thus critically dialogues with game mechanics, OS errors and factual ocean traversals in the Mediterranean Sea. "Voices of Immigrant Women" is a digital project in which AIMISOLA project's members have developed digital poems written for the Web, based on the experiences of immigrant women in long-­term unemployment living in Spain. Their testimonies have been recorded as sound files, images, and videos. The work has been done in Portuguese, Spanish and English language.

Tell me a secret is a graphic interpretation project of secrets between different communities through a graphic communication workshop. 

The project has three objectives: share, interpret and preserve. We share your secret with some other anonymous community where we give the workshop. We interpret it, we make your secret something of ours, of everyone. Finally, we preserve it, through editorial and online materials. It is also part of a bank of secrets that we exhibit from time to time.

Cúentanos un secreto es un proyecto de interpretación gráfica de secretos entre distintas comunidades a través de un taller de comunicación gráfica.

El proyecto tiene  tres objetivos:  compartir, interpretar y preservar. Compartimos  tu secreto con  algún otro anonimo en comunidad donde impartamos el taller. Lo interpretamos, hacemos de tu secreto algo nuestro, de todos.  Finalmente  lo preservamos,  a través de materiales editoriales y en línea. También forma parte de un banco de secretos que exhibimos de vez en vez.

The importance of communication technology has given special attention to the current way in which we read and write. This thesis examines the new role of teaching literature in the field of Spanish as a foreign language while at the same time contextualizing the importance of digital literature, hypermedia and hypertext in second language acquisition as a whole. In order to portray the development of the present study a theoretical, analytical and practical path has been followed and examined on a specific educational website. The results of the analysis reflect a significant link among hypertextuality, intertextuality and interculturality, which suggests that the challenge relies not only on the understanding of the bond but also on the development of new patterns and approaches to combine language, culture and technology in second language education.

Las nuevas formas de lectura y escritura nos llevan a tomar conciencia del desarrollo e impacto que las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación tienen en su difusión y aprendizaje. El presente trabajo pretende investigar la relevancia de dicha convicción en la enseñanza de la literatura en el aula de español como lengua extranjera. Para ello, abordaremos la importancia que hoy en día tiene reparar en la literatura digital, la hipermedia y el hipertexto como soportes digitales en la enseñanza de ELE así como en la adquisición de segundas lenguas en general. Con el objetivo de comprender mejor dicho fenómeno hemos trazado una trayectoria teórica, analítica y práctica de los elementos hipertextuales, intertextuales e interculturales de un sitio web educativo en concreto. Los resultados del análisis sugieren que el reto no yace únicamente en entender la codependencia de estos elementos sino en desarrollar nuevos patrones y estrategias para combinar la lengua, la cultura y la tecnología en el campo de la enseñanza de segundas lenguas.
