Imagine your body literally immersed in a book. The letters of the alphabet, the punctuation marks have escaped the limits of the page. They seem to have an autonomous life, forming clouds all around you. Reacting to your amazed gaze, the letters find their order to form a sentence. You turn around, abstract shapes float: we don't know if they are images or objects. An omniscient voice is speaking to you. Everything gravitates with joy. Above, lines of code scroll like rain curtains: you are immersed in LIVING PAGES. LIVING PAGES is an original poem that is expressed at the same time as it is contemplated. It is a work of virtual reality based on unconscious interactivity. It is a new form that materializes, in real time, the mental images generated by the user and conveyed by words.

Magpiiie is a work of digital poetry that explores the pursuit of 'success' and other materialistic things.

Written and developed by Andy Campbell and Judi Alston, the piece uses photo-scanned twigs and branches fused with repeating lines of poetry and spoken word audio to create a tightly-woven 'nest' that can be explored using the mouse and your mouse’s scroll wheel. Uncover the shiny objects wedged into the surface of the nest to release the poem.

The piece also works on high-end mobile devices (phones, tablets) and Windows touch-enabled laptops/monitors.  

“Sometimes I am ...” is an interactive text/audio poetic that explores how language shapes our identity, how it can bring us together, and how it can set us on the periphery. How language and can make people and events visible and not visible. It asks the viewer/reader to consider both “What is invisible?” and “Who is invisible?”A beta version of “Sometimes I am …” was built in the summer of 2019 and was presented at the Media Festival and Conference of Electronic Literature in Cork, Ireland.
