Short biography
Liz Crain writes about Pacific Northwest food and drink for various print and online publications. Her first book Food Lover's Guide to Portland was published by Sasquatch Books in 2010 and she is currently working on the Toro Bravo Cookbook due out in fall 2013 from McSweeney's Books. Liz is also a fiction writer and editor at Hawthorne Books and co-organizer of the annual Portland Fermentation Festival. (Source: author website)
